History of PAC
In 1981 Kimberly A. Cameron joined PAC of Ft. Myers as a collector. Throughout her career she held several different positions. After 18 years of loyal service, she now owns the business. Mrs. Cameron states that PAC is dedicated to provide exceptional service to all of its clients.

Location
We are unique in the collection business in that we are a privately held one location operation. PAC invests more time and money per account collected in an effort to provide superior returns to our clients.

Fee Schedule
PAC works for our clients on a contingency fee basis. There is no fee unless we collect.

Collectors Associations and Memberships
PAC is an active member of the ACA (American Collectors Association) and the FCA (Florida Collectors Association).

Collector Responsibility
All of our collectors have been trained according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and in proper, professional telephone collection techniques. Our approach to collecting your accounts is positive and professional. We aggressively pursue collection of your accounts, and use our expertise to receive payment in full for you.

Client Statements & Status Reports
Our clients are paid within one week of month end. Your itemized statement will include debtor payments, amounts paid, payment dates, and current balance. Status reports are available upon request.

Data Bases
Our first step is to send new business electronically to our letter outsourcing firm, DANTOM and to ACCOLAID for NCOA (National Change of Address) skip tracing and telephone look up information. This whole process takes place in 24-48 hours. At this point the files are updated electronically and our first letter is mailed.

Automated Credit Reporting
Every 30 days all accounts above $25 are automatically reported to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion Credit Bureaus. This service is provided to all of our clients at no charge.
