Collection Services

PAC specializes in medical, commercial and retail collections. We handle delinquent accounts involving insurance, attorneys, bad checks, and probate. PAC provides full skip tracing services, not only to obtain information on debtors, but also to locate debtor's assets that may be of use in collecting delinquent accounts.

PAC owns state of the art computers and operates CRS Collection Software, recognized as a leader in collection software. This software enables our data entry department to enter debtor accounts and match them with past or existing accounts. Once the account is entered, it is electronically sent to ACCOLAID for NCOA (National Change of Address) skip tracing and telephone look-up information. Within hours, those files are sent to our letter outsourcing firm (DANTOM), who then generates and sends our letters. Next, a series of letters and phone calls take place. Utilizing one on one interaction, our collectors know how to make every debtor contact count. If after all of our efforts, we still have not received payment, the account will remain flagged with national credit bureaus. If a debtor were to apply for credit, any existing balances would most likely have to be paid before new credit would be granted.
